1. No Refunds

All payments made to SHECAP for consultancy and advisory services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services provided under the Investment Consultancy & Advisory Services (ICAS) model and the Business Consultancy & Advisory Services (BCAS) model.

2. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality, customized consultancy services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Once a service agreement is signed, and payment is received, our team immediately begins dedicating resources to your project. As such, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for fully understanding the scope, deliverables, and payment terms of the services they engage in before making a purchase. We encourage clients to ask questions and clarify any doubts before entering into an agreement with SHECAP.

4. No Chargebacks

By agreeing to our services, clients acknowledge and agree not to initiate any chargebacks with their credit card provider or payment processor. Any chargebacks or disputes will be vigorously challenged, and clients may be liable for any costs associated with resolving the dispute.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While our No Refund Policy is strictly enforced, SHECAP reserves the right to review and consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any decision made by SHECAP regarding refunds in exceptional cases will be final and binding.

6. Changes to the No Refund Policy

SHECAP reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
